Proofs

 

We will send you a proof by email which you should check carefully and approve. On receipt of your approval of the proof you will be invoiced by email for the full amount. Printing will start after the payment has been made and no changes can be made after that without incurring costs which will depend on how many wrappers have been printed.

 

Returns/Refunds

 

As the wrappers are personalised and cannot be re-sold, we operate a strict no returns/ refunds policy.

 

Rush Orders

 

Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks from your initial enquiry to your event. If you need your order in a shorter timescale, there will be an extra charge. Please enquire.

 

Payment

 

We only accept payment through Paypal so we never have your payment details. You do not need a Paypal account of your own. You will be sent an invoice by email with a link direct to Paypal where you pay with your credit/debit card. The payment comes to us from Paypal. Orders will only be printed once payment has been received.

 

Delivery

 

Orders are sent by Royal Mail to your home address. Saturday deliveries can be guaranteed for an extra fee. Please enquire.
